REALITY
If it’s not scandalous, it’s not grace.
Grace offends our sense of how life should work. The good don't get a better seat. The failures don't lose theirs. Jesus reveals a Father whose love was never waiting on our performance. It’s not that morality doesn’t matter — it helps us discover what is good for us and each other in this life. But the moment goodness becomes the price or proof of belonging, we've made grace reasonable again. And reasonable grace isn't grace.
REFLEX
Remember
When the old conditional math returns, come back to Jesus. Your belonging isn't hanging on your ability to hold onto him. It was always trusting in his hold on you.
